Learn, Grow, Succeed

The Inspire Luton programme consists of two strands, specifically designed to support and improve the employability of Luton residents.

  1. Building confidence and motivation

  2. Preparing for employment

Both will be delivered as two-week courses to prepare and support residents into employment or to progress them into further learning.

Who can benefit?

Anyone aged 19 or over who is currently unemployed or economically inactive (e.g., recently retired or has been a carer) is eligible to participate.

 This work is being delivered by Jobs 22 on behalf of Luton Borough Council. The project is funded by the UK Government. This comes from the Education and Skills Funding Agency’s ‘Tailored Community Learning Fund’.
